Well, giving them sundowners is a great idea. A G &T always makes me feel better. However, I am not exactly sure what you mean here!

I'm not sure, but it seems a good idea to maintain high levels of bright white light, similar to sunlight. Enter "fluorescent bulbs " in the searchbar at mercola.com Some companies produce a "natural sunlight " style fluorescent.
