I have a lot of type 1 diabetes symptoms. What else could I have?
I'm fourteen and I'm always thirsty, no matter how much I drink. I try to mostly drink water, but sometimes sugary drinks make me feel a bit better. I am also a bit overweight, but I've been losing weight very quickly even though I've been so hungry lately that I am almost constantly eating. My growth has slowed down, but I've still been wanting to eat more and more. I am always tired and have a very hard time getting up in the morning. I also am constantly needing to urinate, even if I haven't been able to drink anything recently. My family has no history of diabetes that I know of, but it does have a history of hypoglycemia. I am concerned that I might have type 1 diabetes because I have heard that these are major symptoms of it. I would like to think that I do not have diabetes, but I would like some other opinions on what it could be.By a little overweight, I mean that I have less than 10 pounds to lose before I am a healthy weight, possibly less at this point because of the weight loss. That is why I don't think that it's type 2. I'm also not at home for another week I've been away for several weeks and have begun to notice these symptoms , so I can't do any of the tests yet.

What diabetes symptoms is there except thirst and having to go the bathroom a lot?
Possible diabetes symptoms or is it something else?
I've been feeling nauseous, lightheaded, numbness tingling in my arms and legs and noticed that i have started peeing more than usual, also my concentration is lacking. When i first started feeling nauseous i didn't eat much with it putting me off food but since then for about 2 weeks i have been hungry all the time regardless of the nausea. This has been going on now for a total of 3 weeks and I heard that some of of my symptoms could be related to diabetes? Or am i just worrying and this is nothing.I am booked into see the docs tomorrow but don't like going since i'm not sure if i just over reacting.PLEASE HELP i am 22 years old eat balanced meals, 5 fruit veg a day and walk about 3 kms a day at least as exercise. I weigh about 150lbs.Thanks
Does this sound like diabetes symptoms?
For about a week, I've been so tired. Hungry, and thirsty constantly. Going to the bathroom a lot at night. I wear contacts, and my vision never messes up but everything gets a little blurry sometimes.Then, I got like my nose all messed up, watery eyes, throat hurting, but I'm still just so hungry. After I eat, I feel like I'm gonna pass out, or throw up, but I stay hungry anyway. Not really achey, but just weak. After gym class or just exercising a lot, I get so tired and just feel like I'm gonna faint or pass out. None of this is normal for me. My moms been giving me cold and flu medicine, but it's not helping at all. In fact, I feel worse after about thirty minutes of taking it. I tried to tell her that, but her and my dad make me take it anyway. I never felt like that before I had a cold flu, I've never felt this bad at all. I literally started crying earlier just because I felt so bad. & the other weekend, I went to put my jeans on that had fit fine, and I just couldn't put them on. I've gained weight, but I guess that is normal. The rest, just isn't normal for me.Diabetes does run in my family, and I'm fourteen, by the way.On my moms side, her mom has it, her sister, and her brother. On my dads side, his sister has it. I think my moms taking me to get a rundown physical blood work, all that stuff. but i'm not really sure yet. What does this sound like?
Question about diabetes symptoms?
When they say " having a dry mouth" do they mean all the time? Over the last couple of days I've been getting a dry mouth at night a few hours after eating dinner. This morning, before having lunch I also had a dry mouth. But it just went away. Sometimes when I wake up in the morning I get an upset stomach. I threw up once after eating breakfast because of it. Is that a sign?I started working out and drinking more water. When I drink more water I tend to go pee more often. I don't pee all the time though. And I can't say I get " thirty" either. I just drink it because I know it's good for me.

Around a year ago I had some sort of seizure passing out so my doctor sent me to a specialist and told me that I am pre diabetic diabetes runs in my family...and my mom is adopted, so it could possibly run in hers too the specialist told me that I could prevent becoming diabetic by excercizing and eating healthier also losing weight I lost around 25lbs and had felt alot better...but just recently, this year I have unintentionally been losing more weight, sometimes I will lose 2lbs in 1 day, I also have been sleepwalking, waking up in random places confused, I have had constant headaches and been super tired all the time. I have been extremely thirsty ill drink around 5 glasses of water in one sitting...but then I wont feel thirsty anymore, bu tthen be suddenly thirsty soon after,. my mom suggested checking my blood sugar at home and it is normal after fasting but always low after I eat, but if I eat something sugary it will go shooting up around 1.5mmol for one item...can someone please explain what might be wrond with me...do I have diabetes type 1 or 2 or do I have hypoglycemia...please helpim not taking any medication

Why would some one with diabetes symptoms have unusual weight loss?
It just doesn't make sense. I would think from all the carbs and sugar they would gain weight.

when i woke up this morning about 20 minutes later i needed to got to the toilet and i think around 20 minutes after as well.i'm been quite thirty also and keep drinking juice which is making me urine. But sometime keep going toilet without having a drink.Also i have a little headache and my chest hurt a little on my right side.And because i keep drinking my stomach hurts. are these symptoms?

Diabetes symptoms in my 14 year old daughter!?
My daughter has recently been showing signs of type 1 diabetes lately. Bed wetting, unquenchable thirst, lost 10 pounds she had a knee injury, so he hasn't been exercising AT ALL wakes up dizzy, and lightheaded. We took her to the doctor, and they tested her blood sugar. It was 103. They said it was normal, but wanted her ot get blood tested.My husband is also diabetic, and so is my mother in law. This morning when my daughter woke up, we tested her sugar, it was 74. Do you think she is a diabetic?
