Question: Very sick with hiv symptoms?

Last month i made the mistake of having unprotected sex. exactly 3 days later I got sick, and have been for 20 days now. for almost 3 weeks now i have been feeling dizziness, weak, tired, and leg muscles soreness. I also feel this strange pain on my stomach and feel warm there also around my legs and hands. my face is all red as if i got a sunburn, especially after i take a shower. i'm always hungry and my stomach keeps bothering me. I had diarrhea for 4 days it stopped. Now i have trouble with my stools coming out. I went to the doctor and he said i have a viral infection possibably viral gastroenteritis. I had x- ray's, cat scans, urine and blood culture and came out negative for std's and hiv. All this after 3 days after the unprotected sex. It has been exactly 20 days now. Does this indicate i have hiv or is this really just a virus that is going to go away soon? I am taking ciprofloxacin for antibiotics my doctor prescribed me to. I don't have a fever and my temperature reads out normal, what is going on with me??

Not sure, but the first symptoms of HIV (if they happen) do not happen that quickly and have a fever. Also, the HIV test you did is meaningless for this experience because after 3 days it won't show up (it takes several months). It could be a bacterial thing or if you have really bad diarrhea it could be due to the cipro.
