Question about medicare?
I am wanting a breast augmentation and i know its cosmetic but i have one breast that is a cup size smaller than my other one. Is there any way to get medicare to approve the surgery since one is quite a bit larger than another. I cant wear bras cause if i go to an C cup than the one side is perfect but the other side the cup size is too bigAny help would be appreciated
If I have medicare part A and part B should I still get supplemental insurance?

Sometimes when I go to the doctors I feel discriminated against because when they see your chart they see what insurance you have. I am a disabled Veteran and have Medicare. I have some physical disabilities & they would not interfere with me taking care of a child. I am not near the 62 year olds that usually have it. I am in my 30's.I went in because I had a miscarriage & the doctor says " what are going to do now?" and suggested birth control. I've had orthopedic doctors not have very good bed side manner either because of my type of insurance. QUESTION Any way, I just want to know are there other people that feel like their doctors discriminate because they are on medicare or medicaid?Give examples if you can.Do you feel like your discriminated because they feel like your on Government programs?When they see you have Medicare or Medicaid they know you are.

Hi there,I am 29 y.o and had been having some calcification in my breast tissue and have had my mother passed away from breast cancer. I have been going to a specialist and mammogram for the past 2 years. I've just had another check up today and the result came back with slight changes with a bit more calcium in the same breast. He suggest that I should do a MRI for my breast since it was too dense and I am still young. I would like to know if the Medicare covers some of it or do I have to pay for all of the cost since I am still under 50 y.o? Also can anyone give me some suggestion to other alternative? I.e if I am able to just got to the GP in the public hospital Sydney so I can do it a lot more cheaper than having to be referred by the specialist because I have already paid so much to see the specialist. I know it is not a matter of money if it comes to health but I would like to know if there is some other step that I could do to save me some bucks since this is going to be an ongoing thing. My father became a US resident in 2004 at the age of 65 retired from his job in Mexico. He was cover with a health insurance from his last employer. Now he is not and we don t really know how Medicare or Medi Cal work. He obviously never worked in the US but he has been living here now for 6 years. Can someone help me understand if he is eligible for any of these insurances or if his only option is to buy private insurance which at his age will be extremely expensive.Thanks you.
