Drink plenty of water, don't eat as much [like half what you normally do], and exercise. Run, walk, go to a gym and do everything you can. A guy friend of mine lost 60 lbs in 7 months. That is pretty fast. I was worried he was losing it too fast. He went to the gym every day, ran 3 miles, and ate 2 very small meals a day. He drank lots of water too. |
